Advanced Sequencing  Workshop

Upgrade Your Vinyasa Sequence

Are you teaching Vinyasa Flow in Liverpool? Are you keen to advance your Vinyasa Flow teaching skills through sequencing? Would you like to be more creative and dynamic in how you put together your flows? This is the course for you. This advanced course is suitable for yoga teachers. It will facilitate building on existing teaching skills. Advanced teaching methods will include The Pyramid Sequence and Peak Posture.

This is a 50 hour module from our 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training, our advanced course. It can also be used as Continuing Professional Development hours for the Yoga Alliance membership. Ideally, you have teaching experience although this is not essential and the course can be taken to delve deeper into a Vinyasa Flow practice.

The course will include a 2 hour Vinyasa Flow with a different peak posture each day, a 3 hour Sequencing Workshop and Teaching Practice. Students will teach a 90 minute Vinyasa Flow to a peak posture through a pyramid sequence.

This course will get pretty technical in terms of understanding the anatomical details of our peak postures. It is recommended that you have some Yoga Anatomy knowledge. This is beneficial although not essential. Students will learn the details of the postures through Technical Workshops.
