You should be prepared to be mentally, emotionally and physically challenged for the duration of the course. There is a lot of learning (hello anatomy), heaps of movement (hello muscles), and a fair bit of challenging your inner dialogue (hello emotions;) all in a super productive way with support from your teacher trainers throughout. The course is an ideal opportunity for self-enquiry and personal development, even if you do not want to be a yoga teacher.
We are fully registered and compliant with Yoga Alliance standards. This is an internationally recognised qualification that will allow students to teach internationally. Many students take this course without wanting to become a yoga teacher.
Courses take place in studios throughout Liverpool and the North West. We offer Yoga Teacher Trainings as a 3 week full time intensive, part time at weekends and even monthly.
