YTTC, Liverpool

200 hrs in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yoga Anatomy
24th July to 13th August
25th September to 15th October

The course is aimed at those of you who have a steady yoga practice and would like to take your first step towards becoming a yoga teacher. It is also a great way to connect with practice and delve deeper into the finer details of yoga, even if you do not want to be a yoga teacher. The course is non-residential and will run for 2 intensive weeks part time. It promises to be an exciting and enjoyable journey in Liverpool’s city centre. It is registered and compliant with Yoga Alliance standards.

You should be prepared to be mentally, emotionally and physically challenged for the duration of the course! There is a lot of learning (hello anatomy,) heaps of movement (hello muscles,) and a fair bit of challenging your inner dialogue (hello emotions;) all in a super productive way with support from your teachers throughout.

It is possible to join for 50 hrs of Yoga Anatomy as a module of the YTTC. This would then contribute towards the certification over the coming year.

Courses take place at in Liverpool.
