Meet our Yoga Philosophy Teacher, Kate Gavin – Julia’s sister. Kate teaches the philosophy content of the course and is our spiritual gangster on the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Eleven Eleven. She also teaches Rocket Vinyasa and Powerful Flows. Expect strong, challenging classes with high energy and a philosophical twist. She teaches yoga in studios across Liverpool.
Kate completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Julia in Nicaragua. She has since completed Rocket trainings with Carson Clay Coulhan and Samuel Nwokeka.
In her regular life, Ms Gavin is a high school teacher and is Head of Religious Education and Philosophy in North Liverpool.
