Rocket Anatomy Course

The Intermediate Series

It’s not Rocket Science…
a week of playful practice and anatomical revelry!!

Looking for a fun and energising week of Rocket Vinyasa? Wanna understand more about the anatomical details of how you move? Need to know more about the nervous system and how we can hack our energy levels with uppers and downers? Fancy hanging out with Julia and Helen for a week of yoga, chats and coffee in Liverpool city centre? Yes? This course is for you!!!

The Yoga Academy is pleased to host a week of Rocket Vinyasa and Yoga Anatomy. This is an advanced yoga anatomy course, using The Rocket as our practice. Part 1 will take place in June and will focus on hips and legs. Students should (but not essential) have a little background in Ashtanga Yoga and be ready for a challenging practice. Part 2 will take place later in the year and will focus on The Spine and Shoulder Joint. Details will follow soon.

The yoga course is ideal for yoga teachers and practitioners, who are looking to take practice to another level. While many of you are teaching/practicing Vinyasa Flow and Rocket Vinyasa, this course provides the fundamentals of some of the more challenging poses. We will modify the practice to make it accessible to your physicality and limitations, whilst pushing boundaries to challenge your physical practice.
